5. STARTRIGHTSM PROGRAMME

StartRightSM is a 3 month support and education programme for MiniMed™ 670G / MiniMed™ 780G System users. It is designed to help you get the most from your system from day 1, to answer any questions you may have and to give you useful tips in those first few months.
This consists of:
  • Sending me WeCare quarterly support and education newsletters
  • Providing on-demand product support services via our helpline, email and chat services
  • Contacting me for feedback on my satisfaction with product support and my satisfaction about the products I already use
  • Sending me educational information, tips & tricks about the diabetes therapy and about the products I already use.
  • I have registered to the Start Right program allowing Medtronic to proactively reach out to me via phone, email or a digital platform with educational and lifestyle content.
By submitting this form on behalf of any other person who is the pump user, you are confirming that you have obtained the consent from the pump user to submit his/her personal data for the purposes described above.
